COVID-19 Shipping Guidelines
We are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, but we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders may take longer to process due to increased demand and shipping delays.
We are offering new shipping upgrades in light of current events. The U.S. Postal Service adjusted delivery expectations for First Class + Priority Mail and there are also notable disruptions outside the contiguous US. Due to these shipping delays, we are offering domestic customers upgraded UPS shipping for $10. International customers can choose either standard shipping via USPS or upgraded shipping to DHL.
However, international shipping via USPS is ship at your own risk. Chapter Customizer is declaring a situation of force majeure due to the unprecedented, natural, and unavoidable catastrophe that is 2020.
We strongly encourage anyone living in a community affected by shipping delays, especially more rural locations or certain international locations, to take advantage of our upgraded shipping options. If you know that you're facing issues with standard postal delivery, please take this into consideration when placing your order.
All notices regarding shipping and COVID-19 are posted on our website and updated as the situation evolves.
We have been informed by USPS that there are International Mail Service Suspensions for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The "Australia Post advises that it has declared a situation of force majeure for all inbound and outbound letters, parcels and express mail service items until further notice. Precautionary measures imposed by the government to curb spread of COVID-19 are affecting daily operations and services offered by airlines and other transportation providers. This is having a direct impact on service quality for both international inbound and outbound mail. Customers should expect delivery delays."
Due to experiencing extremely delayed orders or orders not arriving via USPS, we strongly encourage Australian residents to upgrade shipping via DHL until further notice.
